Returns and Exchange Policy

If you wish to return your goods for any reason such as faulty, damaged or to exchange your goods, please follow the instructions below:

**Please be advised we do not dispatch items unless they have been thoroughly checked for faults and damages by our quality checking team before dispatch. If your item does arrive faulty you can return it for a refund or exchange (excluding P&P cost).

1)For any exchanges or returns please email info@lovemyhijab.com with the correct reference in the subject bar within 7 days of receiving your item to inform us that you will be returning the item or require an exchange of the item.

**If for any other reason other than your purchase being faulty and you are not satisfied with your purchase we advise that you return the item within 7 days in its original, unopened packaging for a full refund (excluding P&P cost). Please be advised any used or customer-damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged and we will return them to you with an additional charge for postage. If the items are being returned from an International destination other than the UK please ensure that you write on the customs form that the items contained cost no more than $5 and that they are being sent to the UK. Otherwise, we will have to pay ‘customs charges’, which will be deducted from your refund.

2) Once we have received your email within 7 days our customer service team will email you a returns address and a returns authorisation code. Once you have received your authorisation code you have a further 7 days to return the Goods back to Love My Hijab UK.

3) We advise all our UK customers to return orders by using Royal Mail Special Delivery service and all our International orders to be returned by using a reliable trackable delivery service. This is to ensure you have proof of postage (as in the event of the returned item being lost in transit love my hijab are not responsible to issue a refund). The cost of returning the unwanted items is the responsibility of the customer as well as P&P. In case of an incorrect item being dispatched Love My Hijab will take full responsibility for the postage of the return.


Processing Returns and Exchanges

We will endeavour to process all refunds and exchanges as quickly as possible within 14 business working days. During busy periods please expect refunds to take a little longer at least within 21 business working days. We cannot accept returns that have been torn, soiled or damaged due to incorrect washing or use.

 

We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
